Evo
How does the Evo system work exactly?
The Evo is a made-to-measure system. This means that all we need are accurate and precise measurements of your penis. From there we generate a model using algorithms based on your measurements to give you a super comfortable chastity cage. Then we send this model off to get 3D printed at our manufacturer. Once we get it and check that your Evo is printed properly, we package it and ship it off to you.
Why is there no base ring size option?
That's part of the magic of the Evo system. Just like the rest of the cage, the base ring is generated from your measurements.
How do you know what my base ring size is?
Well we can't go into too much detail on how we know but it is based on data and testing out various equations to get a base ring size that is based off of your measurements.
If you think you might need a larger or smaller size ring, usually in the case of abnormal testicle size, add your preferred ring size to the Evo's order notes.
Why do I have to give the measurements in millimeters(mm)?
Both precision and accuracy in recording your measurements is critical to getting a good fit for your Evo the first time. A difference of a few mm's can create a surprising amount of difference in feel. So please be extremely diligent in your measurements.
If you don't have a millimeter ruler (sorry Americans), measure down to the 1/16th of an inch at minimum, preferably 1/32nd, and then convert to millimeters
Do I really need to measure with a paper receipt?
Yes! Although it seems weird and kind of backwards, measuring with a paper receipt makes measuring across all customers accessible, consistent, and repeatable. It also has the benefit of averaging out any variations in circumference as well as the force you are using to pull the paper taught. We calibrate the Evo system to the measurements that come from using a paper receipt which is why it is imperative that you use one if possible.
What if I am struggling to measure with paper receipt?
We understand that some people's anatomy doesn't allow for easy measurement using the paper receipt method. If you find this to be the case for you, you can use a string or wire/charging cord. Make sure it has no stretch to it. Then, continue measuring being very cautious that you aren't unintentionally indenting the skin while measuring.
How is the Evo for guys with foreskin?
With the 2024 Evo we have officially added an Uncut Head that significantly improves the chastity experience for those with a foreskin.
It both reduces the frequency and severity of pinching as well as makes it a lot easier to adjust the foreskin for peeing as well as cleaning.
Can I order custom changes to the Evo?
The Evo is a made-to-measure system, not a custom one. We are not offering custom alterations to the current design at this time. This is our way of keeping costs down while still catering to men of all shapes and sizes.
Does the Evo come in other colors?
The Evo chastity cage is available Midnight Black(dyed) and Granite Grey(undyed). We are looking into other color options but there currently is no timeline for when those will be available.
What is the Evo made of?
The Evo is made from Nylon PA12. It is a bio-safe material with great mechanical properties which is often used in biomedical components. The material is a smooth, rigid, lightweight plastic.
I notice some dark spots on my skin after wearing my Evo. What is happening?
If the spots aren't painful, it likely is dye transferring to your skin. The black Evos do have some of the dye rub off from wearing it. Give it a good wash when your Evo first arrives to help reduce the dye transfer.
How long does an order take?
Check the Evo order page for a current estimate on how long it will take for your order. Though, generally it is around 2 months
Why is my order status stuck on __________?
We usually process our orders in large batches. This means that depending on what part of our cycle your order gets to us, it might take a while till you see some progress.
What if it doesn't fit correctly?
If you aren't satisfied with the fit of your Evo, please send us an email detailing what issues you are facing.
Sport
Why aren't there any color options for the Sport?
We have decided to only offer the Sport in Granite Grey to reduce any potential issues with any coloring dye for when you are doing your athletic activites. It also helps to keep costs down and keep the Sport accessible to more people.
What is the Size Magician? How does it work?
The Size Magician is our automated way to try to get you the best fitting Sport cage. Because the Sport cage isn't made to measure like the Evo, we have to rely on fitting preset sizes to your measurements. It works by taking your measurements and applying a sizing algorithm to the measurements based on our testing and previous customers' experience.
Use your best judgement and prior experience with ordering as the Size Magician isn't a guaranteed fit.
Where do my balls go in the Bi-Ring?
Your scrotum and testicles are meant to go through both rings of the Bi-Ring. The ring closest to your body is meant to act like a suspension and move with your body while the other thicker ring is designed to be more comfortable for holding your testicles.
Can I use the Sport with a protective cup?
We do not recommend using any chastity cage with a cup. The Sport is designed for movement activites but not any sort of activities where it might sustain direct impact.
However, it has been tested with a cup in a low impact setting where the protection was needed (fencing). This is largely dependent on the size of the Sport and the cup being worn together to make sure the Sport isn't compromising protective coverage.
Betas
What are betas?
Betas are how we test out new products. These are going to be things that are close to being released but still need that last 10% of refinement.
How do the betas work?
Each beta is going to work slightly different depending on the testing needs. Some might be a completely closed invite-only beta. Some might be a limited registration based beta. Most of them will have requirements based on features we are testing.
What are the requirements to participate? And what if I don't meet them?
Betas are likely to have requirements necessary to participate. This is so that we can get the direct feedback we are looking for on certain features. If you don't meet the requirements there is a possibility we might make an exception but sometimes the beta is just not for you.
Is there a cost involved?
This will depend on what the beta and what is being tested. Any cages will likely have a cost to cover a portion of the materials and shipping. Any sub-features of a product (such as a new Evo head style for uncut guys) will be free or be included with another purchase.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We are based in and ship from Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to North America and most of Europe. If you don't see your country on the shipping list please contact us before ordering as extra shipping charges may apply.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you have checked that you have the correct formatting for your PO Box and that there are no stipulations on packages being delivered to it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included with any cage purchase. Otherwise shipping is 20 Dollars/Euros.
Will I have to pay Duties/Taxes? And how much is that?
Yes, you most likely will have to pay duties just as you would pay taxes on a product purchased at a local store.
How much it will be will depend on your countries import policy. Unfortunately, with chastity devices being a rather unique category of product, there isn't really a proper tariff code to be used to help ensure consistent values of tax being applied.
Is the packaging discrete?
We use plain brown boxes to ship our products in. The only identifying information is our company name which is unassuming unless you already know what it is.
General
Are the Evo and Sport base rings interchangeable?
No. The two use different connection designs so that each can have their best, respective design for their intended use.

Chastity Safety
Blackout products are use at your own risk. If you experience any medical issue such as restricted circulation, bruising, or skin irritation, please take a break from the product and reevaluate sizing. If your symptoms persist or are severe, please seek medical attention.
When you first receive your device, test it slowly. Do not immediately give your key to another person who lives far away from you. It can take at least several weeks to make sure the device is suitable for longterm wear.
In the extremely unlikely event that a device gets stuck on you, try using soap or lubricant to help slide it off. If that doesn’t work and you don’t feel that you can safely break it, go to a doctor. However embarrassing it is, we promise, they’ve seen worse.
How do I do the stocking method?
For the stocking method, you use a thin stocking as a tube to pull your penis into the tube. So first you get the base ring on around both your testicles and then pull your penis through. Then put the stocking on just your penis, put the tip of the stocking through the end of the cage and guide the device on. Once it's on and locked, you can slide the stocking out the front, effectively pulling all of the skin forward.
Be careful that you don't pull your glans through the end as they are surprisingly squishy. Once everything is in place, you'll likely need to pull some skin back to set your glans in place and to spread the skin out evenly.
Why should I use the stocking method?
The stocking method is the best way to get yourself fulling into the cage without using lube. This means you will be more comfortable as well as dry which is a big component to maintaining better hygiene while caged.
